3-MAP villa elevator

3-MAPS320 villa elevator series can be built in-house or with external shaft, no need special shaft and machine room. With minimum structural work and very low maintenance cost, it is very convenient to buy our villa elevator, as if buy a household appliance. The components and materials are nature-friendly, while the power consumption is equivalent to a refrigerator. By using advanced structural design and craftsmanship, it is confined to minimum, but allow maximum capacity. Personal tastes could be satisfied by our colorful and classy decoration and materials.

Main features:

1)    Power supply could be 220V or 380V.

2)    Maximum height of elevator structure, either in-house or external, is below that of roof so as to preserve the original image of the villa. Height allowed for top floor is 2800mm maximum.

3)    Gearless traction machine ensure energy-saving and nature-friendly.

4)    VVVF inverter ensures comfortable run of elevator.

5)    Elevator doors are automotive with choices of middle open and side open.

6)    Energy-saving: If there is no call order in the set time, the energy-saving mode is in place, and the light and traction circuit will be off.

7)    Overload protection: Alarm signal will take effect when overloading.

8)    Emergency light: When elevator light power is cut off, emergency light in cabin will be on.

9)    Emergency phone: Intercom allows communication with outside at emergency.

10)  Door close protection: If the door is not closed normally, elevator start is not allowed. If the door is blocked, elevator is not allowed to run.

11)  Emergency evacuation at power off( optional function): UPS back-up systems will be activated once power supply is off during normal run of elevator; and it will allow cabin travel to leveling position, then door opens till power supply is resumed.

12)  Intelligent safety system (optional function): System is in compliance with GB standard can be provided and installed.

13)  Pre-mount shaft (optional function): Customers can choose this option; framework is covered at three(3) sides by glass or other decorative materials.
